  1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability.

An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock shortages
  • Pricing errors
  • Fraud prevention
  • Incorrect product information
  • Payment verification issues

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.

  1. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

SecurityTech Store reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order has been dispatched.

  1. Payment

We accept secure online payments through:

  • PayFast
  • YOCO

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.

SecurityTech Store does not store your banking or card details.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Shipping Rates

  • R99 Flat Rate Shipping on orders below R5,000
  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over R5,000

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier availability
  • Delivery location
  • Public holidays
  • Stock availability

SecurityTech Store cannot be held responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

  1. Returns

Customers may request a return if:

  • The incorrect product was supplied.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

Returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories
  • Include proof of purchase

Special-order products may not be returned unless defective.

  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless SecurityTech Store supplied the incorrect product.

  1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, the normal return procedure will apply.

Although every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, manufacturers may change specifications without notice.

Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty periods vary by manufacturer.

Warranty claims are subject to supplier inspection and approval.

Damage caused by:

  • Negligence
  • Power surges
  • Accidents

is not covered.

SecurityTech Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights granted under South African law.
